How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days through USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll review your claim and work to resolve it promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?
